losos z rusztu z sosem czosnkowym  

Ingredients:


- 4 slices fresh salmon (circa 2 cm)
- 1 lemon (juice only)
- salt, roughly ground black pepper
- oil
- Tarsmak PREMIUM garlic sauce


Preparation:
Season the salmon with salt and freshly ground black pepper, sprinkle thoroughly with lemon juice and leave in the fridge for half an hour. Grease aluminium foil with oil and wrap each salmon slice in the foil. Grill on each side over medium heat for approximately 6-7 minutes. Serve with the Tarsmak PREMIUM garlic sauce.
