ciasto szpinakowe z sosem serowym  

Ingredients – for the dough:


- 300g wheat flour
- 100g margarine
- 30g yeast
- 1 egg
- 2 yolks
- 1/3 glass sour cream
- 3 tbsp. milk
- salt and sugar to season


Ingredients – for the spinach stuffing:


- 500g frozen spinach
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2tbsp sour cream
- salt, black pepper to season


Preparation:
Crumble the yeast with sugar, a pinch of flour and milk. Transfer the mixture into a warm place to let the yeast activate. Chop up the margarine with the rest of flour, add salt, the egg, yolks, cream and the risen yeast. Make the dough and leave it to rise.
Defrost the spinach, drain it, add the crushed garlic and fry for a short time in the butter. Add the sour cream, season with salt and black pepper, then stir gently. Divide the risen dough into two portions. Roll out one portion and place it on a greased baking tray. Spread the spinach stuffing over the dough and cover with the second portion of the dough, rolled out as well. Coat the top with the beaten egg white and bake at 180C until golden-brown in colour. Serve the cake with the Tarsmak cheese sauce.
