Ingredients – for the dough:


- 400g wheat flour
- 200g butter
- 3-4 tbsp. cold water
- pinch salt


Other ingredients:


- 1 glass grated cheese
- 300ml sweet cream, 18%
- 1 egg
- salt, black pepper to season
- 1 tsp butter
- Tarsmak PREMIUM garlic sauce


Preparation:
Chop up the butter and the flour with a knife, knead the dough and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and transfer it onto a tart baking tin greased with butter. Prick with a fork and cook for approximately 10 minutes in the oven preheated to 190C.
Beat the egg, stir in the cream and season with salt and black pepper.
Place the cheese onto the cooled tart, scatter with the egg and cream mixture and stick in asparagus (washed and without the woody parts). Cook in the oven at 180C until golden-brown in colour (approximately 30-40 minutes). Serve with the Tarsmak PREMIUM garlic sauce.
