Ingredients:


- 1.5kg pork
- 100g pork fat
- 100g butter
- 1 tbsp. caster sugar
- Salt, black pepper
- A few juniper berries
- Tarsmak PREMIUM horseradish sauce


Preparation:
Wash the meat, dry it, rub with black pepper, crashed juniper berries and salt. Leave in a cool place for two hours. Before placing in the roasting tin, wrap in thin slices of the pork fat, then pour over the melted butter and transfer to the preheated oven. When the pork fat gets browned, slide it off the roast and dust the meat with the caster sugar (it will help the meat become tender and get browned). Serve with the Tarsmak PREMIUM horseradish sauce.
